Role Description


The Account Manager is a core pillar in our operations, leading client relationships and project execution from briefing to delivery. This role acts as the key link between clients and the creative and production teams, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and excellence at every stage.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client communication, meetings, and onboarding
  • Evaluate project scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Translate client needs into clear creative briefs and scopes
  • Manage schedules, feedback rounds, approvals, and deliveries
  • Track quotations, POs, and invoices
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business
  • Serve as the main bridge between clients, creative, and production



Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or project coordination
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Confident handling budgets and client servicing
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-demand creative environments
  • English required (Arabic is a plus)
  • Based in Oman or Dubai
  • Experience in the creative or advertising industry is a plus
