Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned engineering clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs, technical requirements, and business goals to provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
  • Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for upselling or new business, and support overall revenue growth.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and sales activities.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in account management, customer success, or sales—preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries.
  • Strong understanding of engineering processes, products, or services (mechanical, electrical, civil, or related fields is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic project coordination tools.
