Key Responsibilities


  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and following up to negotiating and closing deals with customers effectively.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as the lead point of contact for account management matters.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive account growth and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement within the sales cycle and propose effective, scalable solutions.
  • Reporting & CRM: maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities using CRM tools.


Education & Experience:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology (IT).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Sales or Account Management.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) or technology solutions.


Skills & Competencies:


  • Communication: Excellent command of English with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Sales Skills: Strong prospecting capabilities with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze data to identify process improvements and develop growth strategies.
