Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our Client Services team. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and campaigns run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and act as the primary contact for day-to-day communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns and deliverables on time.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
