We're expanding our global presence and looking for bold, driven professionals to join our mission. Currently, we are seeking highly driven Account Managers in the Dubai to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. This role involves utilizing data, reports, and business insights to enhance sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. The Account Manager will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide suitable solutions, and promote Doo Prime's products and services effectively.

What you'll be working on:

  • Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role.
  • Conduct cold calling to clients; proactively address client needs, build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients using the company's trading platforms or systems.
  • Stay updated on financial market trends and communicate market updates to clients clearly and effectively.
  • Follow the company's compliance policies and procedures with regards to processing client documentation and other relative matters.

What we're looking for:

  • Pakistani national currently residing in Dubai.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience or exposure to the financial industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Age below 30 years old.
  • Proficiency in English and Urdu (both written and verbal), and additional proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Dynamic, innovative and target driven.
  • Ability to work independently and taking the initiative to expand the client base.
  • Ability to work to handle high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
