Account Manager (Motor)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day claims with corporate and Individual clients
• Responsible for client retention and policy renewals 
• Responsive to client inquiries, service concerns and any requests
• Deal directly with Insurance companies regarding the service 
• Handle and follow-up on collections and payment matters from the client side and insurance company. 
• Might be asked to visit client premises or perform meetings based on need basis
• Issue motor policies and other non-life policies through Insurance companies 
• Report directly to the General Insurance Unit Head

Requirements:

• Bachelor Holder of any related field (Non-medical)
• 1- 2 years Experience as an account manager B2B in any field 
• Excellent command of English language
• Excellent Microsoft Excel 
• Presentable and Organized
• Client Oriented 
• Preferably with a Car
