ROLE DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and exceptional service.
  • Guide customers in policy selection and updates, ensuring they have coverage that meets their needs.
  • Work closely with our dynamic team to share insights and strategies that support customer satisfaction and agency performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Passion for helping others and a customer-first mentality
  • Proven sales experience, preferable in insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow!
