ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has been proudly serving the community since 2011 and has grown into a strong, nine-person team built on collaboration, trust, and positivity. Before opening my own agency, I began my career with State Farm in Claims and later transitioned into Marketing, where I developed a passion for helping people protect what matters most.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two and love spending time outdoors — camping, hiking, and staying active. Mindset and personal growth are huge parts of both my life and our office culture. I also serve as a Girl Scout troop leader, which allows me to stay connected and give back to the community in a meaningful way.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Juliana Velez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
