Job Description: Account Manager (GCC)

Location: UAE (with regional travel as needed)

Reports to: Head of Sales / Commercial Lead

Brands: PureBorn, Pure Beginnings, Forever LYF, Grow & Glow

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven, organised, and commercially sharp Account Manager to manage and grow our distributor and retail partners across UAE, Oman, and KSA. This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and requires someone who can immediately take ownership of sales operations, relationship management, and in-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Distributor & Retail Management

  • Manage day-to-day communication with distributors across UAE, Oman, and KSA.
  • Ensure stock availability, order flow, forecasting accuracy, and timely replenishment.
  • Drive brand visibility, activation, and compliance across all stores.

2. Sales Growth & Targets

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs.
  • Track category performance, competitor pricing, promotions, and market dynamics.
  • Build and execute annual business plans with each distributor.

3. Operational Execution

  • Oversee listings, planograms, merchandising, and POS execution.
  • Coordinate shipments, LPOs, claims, returns, and commercial paperwork.
  • Resolve operational issues with urgency and a solutions-first mindset.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Weekly sales and sell-out reporting.
  • Promotion performance reviews and ROI analysis.
  • Identify gaps, opportunities, and category expansion potential.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure flawless execution.
  • Support product launches, sampling activities, and brand campaigns in-market.

Ideal Profile

  • 3–7 years’ experience in FMCG sales within GCC.
  • Strong distributor management and modern trade exposure.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to operate with speed and ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial, fast-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).

Compensation

  • AED 12,000–15,000 basic salary
  • 100% performance-based sales bonus
  • Growth potential for high performers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
