The Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing financial records, performing journal entries, calculating withholding tax, and ensuring compliance with FBR tax regulations. This role also involves ledger matching, managing receivables and payables, assisting the Finance Manager in daily tasks, and overseeing payroll processing for security guards.

Key Responsibilities:
· Perform journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
· Calculate withholding tax and ensure compliance with FBR tax regulations.
· Submit tax calculations to the tax consultant timely.
· Maintain monthly files of expenses, bank files, and cash files.
· Client Invoice Submission.
· Prepare journal vouchers as necessary.
· Prepare BRV, CRV, CPV. JV.
· Assist the Finance Manager & Senior Accountant with daily routine tasks and Senior Management.
· Utilize bank portals for financial transactions and monitoring.
· Process payroll for security guards in a timely manner and ensure accurate salary documentation is maintained each month.
· Ensured all routine bank transactions were processed on schedule.
· Managed daily banking matters with accuracy and punctuality.
· All daily bank matters handled and completed on time.
· Ensured smooth execution of daily banking activities without delays.
· Daily Collection of reports from All branches and present to Management.
· Reconcile Ledgers.

Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
