Role Overview:

The Account Program Manager will handle one key account end-to-end. The role focuses on making sure delivery commitments are met, issues are solved quickly, and the client stays satisfied. This person will be the main point of contact for delivery matters and will coordinate with different internal teams to keep things on track.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Own the delivery plan for the assigned account.
  • Track progress of all projects and highlight risks early.
  • Follow up with internal teams to resolve blockers.
  • Be the escalation point for the client on delivery and support issues.
  • Keep delivery trackers and reports updated.
  • Run regular check-ins with client stakeholders to make sure they are satisfied.
  • Log and track risks and issues, escalating where needed.
  • Collect client feedback and share it internally in a structured way.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Delivery (50%)

  • ≥ 90% of account projects delivered on time.
  • No unresolved escalations beyond SLA.
  • Delivery reports updated every sprint/cycle.

Customer Satisfaction (25%)

  • ≥ 90% client satisfaction (CSAT).
  • ≥ 95% SLA adherence.
  • Positive feedback from regular check-ins.

Escalations & Risks (15%)

  • All risks/issues logged and escalated within agreed timelines.
  • ≥ 90% of blockers resolved within SLA.

Feedback & Internal Alignment (10%)

  • ≥ 90% satisfaction from internal delivery/product teams on requirements clarity.
  • Client feedback must be documented and shared with the internal teams within one week of receiving it, for at least 80% of cases.
