Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Accounting and Cost Accounting and will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain general ledger accounts, reconcile balances, and ensure proper documentation.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for cost control and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Work closely with auditors, tax consultants, and other financial stakeholders.
• Monitor and control costs to improve profitability and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in Financial and Cost Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
