  • • Assist the accounts Manager in all areas of financial operations including, but not limited to, data entry, payroll, accounts receivable/payable • Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process • Verifying that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier's ledger, customer ledger and general ledger • Undertake general administrative and clerical duties • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system • Assist with administrative inquiries and discrepancies • Maintain accurate records and files as instructed and ensure these are up to date • Accurate input of data onto ZOHO Only candidates from Dubai will be considered.
