Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of invoicing and purchase order.
  • Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
  • Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
  • Delegate financial responsibilities to reportee accounting team
  • Conduct weekly ledger maintenance
  • Monitoring and reporting on accounting inconsistencies in invoicing and purchase orders prepared.
  • Coordination with clients for invoice queries, vendors for purchase order queries.
  • Ensuring timely clearance of payments.
  • Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.
  • Assisting head of accounts & finance team in their working.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience of at least 2 years in account and finance.
  • Experience of at least 1 year of managing a team of junior accountants.
  • Candidate must have expertise in Zoho Books as well as Tally, invoicing & purchase orders, bank reconciliation, etc.
  • An analytical mind
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
  • Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints
