Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain Tally / ERP entries for all financial transactions.
- Prepare and verify GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation of bank and vendor accounts.
- Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Handle inventory accounting for gold, silver, diamonds, and other raw materials.
- Assist in audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors.
- Maintain petty cash records and employee expense statements.
- Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / MS Excel (advanced level preferred).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards.
- Experience in inventory and weight-based accounting (gold / jewellery) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in gold / jewellery manufacturing or trading companies.
- Knowledge of gold issue-return entries, and making charge calculations.
