Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Maintain Tally / ERP entries for all financial transactions.
  • Prepare and verify GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation of bank and vendor accounts.
  • Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Handle inventory accounting for gold, silver, diamonds, and other raw materials.
  • Assist in audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Maintain petty cash records and employee expense statements.
  • Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / MS Excel (advanced level preferred).
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards.
  • Experience in inventory and weight-based accounting (gold / jewellery) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in gold / jewellery manufacturing or trading companies.
  • Knowledge of gold issue-return entries, and making charge calculations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
