We are hiring an experienced Accountant cum Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks and supporting office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Handle accounts receivable/payable and reconciliations
  • Maintain petty cash and expense records
  • Prepare monthly reports and assist with audits

Administrative

  • Manage office files, records, and correspondence
  • Handle calls, emails, and front-desk coordination
  • Assist in HR & documentation support
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
  • 1–3 years UAE accounting experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office & accounting software
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Female candidates encouraged to apply
  • Candidates on spouse visa are highly preferred

Salary

Salary will be discussed during the interview and based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
