About the Role

Black Stone Foods is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of the company, ensuring compliance, and providing critical financial support to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all purchase, sales, and expense records.
• Track daily cash flow & bank transactions.
• Manage investor profit sheets and shop-wise Return on Investment (ROI).
• Ensure tax compliance & audit documentation.
• Handle staff salaries, commissions & expense approvals.
• Sync data with the BSF ERP & Cheque Verification System.
• Prepare monthly financial reports & dashboards.
• Support COO & CEO in financial decisions.
• Prevent fraud, leakage, and unauthorized spending.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in wholesale, FMCG, or retail).
• Technical Skills: Should have worked with inventory-based accounting (specifically relating to purchase, sales, expenses, and cash flow).
