Accountant

About the Role :

Ganesh Enterprises, a growing B2B dry fruits company based out of Kolkata, is looking for a Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting and store operations. The role requires hands -on experience with Tally, inventory management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally Prime.
• Prepare and manage e-way bills and e-invoices for dispatches and sales.
• Handle vendor payments through net banking and cheques.
• Prepare monthly sales, purchase, P&L, balance sheet, and stock reports for management.
• Maintain inventory data and track stock movement regularly.
• Compile GST and TDS data and assist the CA in return filing.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and CRM teams for order, billing, and payment updates.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields.
• Proficient in Tally Prime and MS Office or similar tools (Google or Zoho apps).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
