Position Overview

The accountant will oversee all core accounting and bookkeeping operations, ensure statutory and financial compliance, and maintain strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

The role maintains timely reports and financial analysis, to facilitate company growth and assist management with commercial/strategic decisions and process improvement measures.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally
• Reconciliation of Bank statements
• Cash Flow Statement
• GST filing, GSTR-2A reconciliation, TDS & PT payments
• Timely Advance tax payments & quarterly TDS filing
• Vendor payments & customer receivable follow-ups with monthly Debtors and Creditors reports
• Support with MIS & financial reporting
• Proactively respond to GST/TDS/Customs notices/intimations
• Timely submission of Stock statement and other documents to Bank

Analysis and Growth

• Prepare monthly MIS reports including: Sales Report, Profitability Analysis, Inventory report, Competitor Analysis, Pricing Trend Reports
• Perform basic financial projections
• Monitor currency movement and assess impact on pricing/import cost
• Contribute to process improvement for revenue growth
• Identify financial and operational risks (credit risk, FX exposure, supplier dependency).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
