About the Role:

Green Feast is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage our financial records, daily accounting tasks, and support overall financial health. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping using Tally
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare GST reports, invoices, credit/debit notes, and payment summaries
• Monitor daily sales, expenses, vendor payments, and cash flow
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain employee salaries, attendance, and petty cash records
• Coordinate with management for budgeting, audits, and financial planning
• Ensure all accounting processes comply with company policies and statutory regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (F&B/hospitality industry preferred)
• Proficiency in Tally (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles & taxation (GST, TDS)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and time management
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

• Experience in restaurant or cloud kitchen accounting
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost tracking
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
