Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Record journal entries, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Handle invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer billing.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and ensure timely posting of transactions.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and clarifications.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory regulations.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers and calculate depreciation schedules.
  • Prepare payroll entries and coordinate with HR for salary processing.
  • Verify and reconcile inter-company and supplier accounts.
  • Track expenses, review petty cash, and ensure cost control measures.
  • Assist management in decision-making through financial data and reports.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records for audit purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
