As we expand our operations, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage and maintain our financial operations efficiently.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have strong command over Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, reporting, and financial compliance. You will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, preparing reports, and supporting management with actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction accuracy.
• Prepare and update cash flow statements and expense reports.
• Support tax calculations and filings, ensuring compliance with local laws.
• Conduct budget tracking and variance analysis to support management decisions.
• Generate and maintain Excel-based reports for internal review and audits.
• Assist in implementing and improving financial controls and documentation processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
• Software Proficiency:
• QuickBooks Online (Essential)
• Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas, Charts)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
