  • Payment Management
  • Ensure timely receipting and acknowledgment of all payments received (cash, cheque, DDs, online transfers, etc.).
  • Maintain accuracy and accountability in depositing all admission and installment payments.
  • Banking & Reconciliation
  • Ensure on-time deposition of all fees in the bank.
  • Manage and monitor post-dated cheques (PDCs) to ensure timely deposition and posting.
  • Perform daily cash and bank reconciliation and coordinate with the accounts team for any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting & Tracking
  • Track and review key financial metrics on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and submit accurate financial and collection reports to management within deadlines.
  • Ensure closure of pending transactions on a FIFO (First In, First Out) basis.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Clarify payment-related queries from students and parents in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with the Head Office (Delhi) for updates on new admission schemes, programs, tests, and offers.
  • Administrative Support
  • Handle assigned administrative responsibilities related to center operations.

Support audit requirements and documentation as and when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹380,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
