Salary: INR 20,000 to INR 25,000 per month

We are a dynamic and growing organization, looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in accounting who are committed to accuracy, compliance, and excellence in financial management. Role Overview:
As an Accountant, you will manage daily financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and maintain accurate ledgers. You will also be responsible for accounts payable and receivable, assist in budget preparation, and support tax filings and audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Financial Transactions: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, maintain the general ledger, and ensure accurate, timely processing.
  • Invoice & Bill Management: Generate invoices, manage E-invoices and E-waybill IRN, process purchase bills, and handle bank entries.
  • ERP Data Entry & Analysis: Maintain ERP records, analyze ledgers, and manage outstanding balances.
  • Banking Operations: Generate bank reports, process cheques, and manage slip generation for banking activities.
  • Vendor & Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers, addressing financial queries and concerns.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for vendors and customers, and support GST, Income Tax, and TDS-related activities to ensure smooth communication with auditors.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of accounting experience. CA Final or Intermediate candidates with article-ship experience are welcome.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge Requirements: Familiarity with GST, Income Tax, and TDS regulations.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
