About Zymera Ventures

Zymera Ventures is a garment manufacturing and export house based in Jaipur.
We produce a wide range of handcrafted and printed garments supplied to buyers across Japan and Europe.
We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented accountant to manage our accounts, export documentation, and day-to-day financial work.

Main Responsibilities

Daily Accounting

• Enter all sales, purchase, and payment details in Tally or Excel.
• Keep records of all bills, vouchers, and expenses.
• Do regular bank and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain lists of pending payments and receipts.

Export & Compliance

• Prepare export invoices, packing lists, and shipping bills.
• Handle REX number, AD code, ICEGATE, DGFT, and other export formalities.
• Follow up for GST refunds, ROSCTL, and export benefits.
• Coordinate with CA, shipping agents, and customs for documentation.

Reports & Tax

• Prepare monthly sales and expense reports.
• File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS on time.
• Assist CA in audits and final accounts.
• Keep all accounting and tax papers well organized.

Requirements

• Education: B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter preferred).
• Experience: 3–7 years in accounting (export industry preferred).
• Skills: Tally, Excel, GST filing, export documentation.
• Good in communication (Hindi & basic English).
• Responsible, punctual, and honest with work.

• Salary: As per experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
