Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally and Microsoft Excel, along with strong analytical and logical reasoning skills to manage day-to-day financial operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally
• Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations
• Generate and analyse reports in MS Excel using formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other applicable laws
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Provide support during audits
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies using logical and analytical thinking
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in an accounting role
• Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel is a must
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Good communication skills
