Part-Time Accountant (Jewelry Brand) – Dubai

Location: Al Quoz, Dubai

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to join our small team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to supporting the growth of our jewelry brand.

Work Schedule

• Mandatory: On-site at our studio once every weekend.
• Additional Work: Remote support during the week when needed.
• Flexibility with timing is required depending on workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports and business performance summaries.
• Assist with pricing for jewelry products.
• Manage accounting records, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
• Support with government-related applications or filings (rare but required occasionally)
• Monitor expenses, cash flow, and provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks and maintain high accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with a small team and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a strong sense of loyalty.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accountant (preferably with small businesses or retail/creative industries)
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reporting, and cost analysis.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines quickly.
• Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Based in Dubai and able to attend in-person every weekend.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience with product costing or pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with UAE accounting practices and basic government requirements.
• A supportive attitude and willingness to work with a growing, close-knit creative team.
