Job Description:

Qate Manufacturing LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be proactive in maintaining accurate records, and support the financial health and compliance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations
• Support internal and external audits with proper documentation
• Manage VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
• Assist in preparing financial forecasts and cost analysis
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments on financial matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing or trading industry)
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems)
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Proficient in MS Excel and other Office applications
