Key Responsibilities
- Record and categorize all financial transactions in the general ledger.
- Prepare and review financial statements including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports .
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R)
- Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits
- Monitor financial performance, identify discrepancies and suggest improvements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning
- Manage vendor accounts, employee reimbursements and expense tracking.
- Develop and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
