Accountant

Who We Are

We are looking for an Accountant who can bring strong technical expertise, analytical mindset, and leadership skills to manage and scale our financial operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage end-to-end accounting operations with accuracy and speed.
• Prepare & review MIS reports, P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements monthly & annually.
• Ensure statutory compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC) and manage timely filing.
• Automate and streamline financial processes using advanced ERP tools (Tally Prime / Tally ERP).
• Conduct cost analysis, budgeting & forecasting to support management decisions
• Implement internal audit controls and risk management processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions for smooth operations.

What You Bring

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in core accounting, preferably in retail or manufacturing.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Tally, Excel (Pivot, Macros), GST Portal, E-way bill, ERP knowledge.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
• Leadership qualities to manage a small accounting team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
