Accountant

Cosmetica Trading is expanding its team and looking for a skilled Accountant to support our growing operations across Qatar’s beauty and personal care market. We’re seeking someone reliable, detail-focused, and confident with modern accounting tools.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management:

• Maintain and manage the company’s accounting records.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

• Manage supplier payments and reconcile invoices.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Submit financial reports to management and stakeholders.

Taxation and Compliance:

• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings
• Comply with local financial regulations and audits.

Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor cash flow and prepare liquidity reports.
• Manage banking activities and reconciliations.

Cost Control:

• Evaluate costs related to procurement and operations.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Software Management:

• Use accounting software to streamline processes.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in data entry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, or CMA (Plus).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong knowledge of Qatar’s tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
