Key Responsibilities:

• Bank Entries: Recording daily bank transactions in accounting software
• Expense Entries: Managing and updating all expense-related entries
• TDS/TCS: Preparing and maintaining TDS/TCS working and entries
• GST Work: Handling GST data entry, reconciliation, and basic compliance
• Commission Work: Recording commission-related entries and calculations
• Personal Entries: Maintaining personal accounts as instructed
• Work on Spectrum Accounting Software (added advantage)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting concepts
• Experience with accounting software (Spectrum knowledge preferred)
• Good understanding of GST and TDS/TCS
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
• Up to ₹20,000 for candidates with Spectrum software experience
• Based on candidate’s skills and location preference (Kandivali candidates preferred)
