Role Overview
We’re hunting for a number-crunching ninja who knows the real estate game. Someone who can keep our books tight, compliant, and stress-free while vibing with a fast-moving infra team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial records
• Handle project-wise costing, vendor payments, and client billing
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, MIS, and cash flow statements
• Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash/credit management
• Coordinate with project teams, auditors, and management for timely reports
• Maintain accuracy across all ledgers and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in real estate or construction
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, project accounting, and RERA-related basics
• Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP systems
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask without losing the plot
