Job description:
MikroStarTech (SMC-Pvt.) Ltd. is a Lahore based technical firm dealing in Embedded System Designs, Research and Development, Customized electronic product Designs, Software design, PCB design, rapid prototyping and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete posting/reconciliations.
- Track and categorize company expenses, ensuring proper documentation.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain financial records and digital filing systems.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Process payroll: verify timesheets, calculate salaries/deductions, and ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, payroll laws, and assist in statutory filings.
- Manage petty cash and maintain related records.
- Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
- Support process improvements in accounting and payroll systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company financial and employee data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance (Software industry experience preferred).
