Position: Male Account Executive

Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 2-10 years in Accounting / Finance (preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Payment Follow-ups: Ensure timely collection and follow-up of outstanding payments.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
• GST & TDS: Coordinate GST and TDS-related activities, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Accounting Activities: General accounting, invoicing, and preparing financial reports.
• Audit Coordination: Work closely with Chartered Accountant (CA) and auditors during audits and financial assessments.
• Other Admin Tasks: Assist with other accounting-related administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

• 2-10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Familiarity with GST and TDS compliance.
• Proficiency in general accounting activities.
• Experience with CA and auditor coordination for tax and audit purposes.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) is an advantage.
