Job Title: Accountant – Real Estate Company

Location: Guwahati, Assam

Our team values integrity, accuracy, and professionalism in every project we undertake. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements and ledgers.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for financial reporting.
• Track project-wise expenses and prepare cost analysis for ongoing developments.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Support management in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
