Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Panipat

Experience: 2–3 Years (Preferred)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience) Industry: Manufacturing / Yarn / Textile

Job Overview:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to support the head accountant in daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing or yarn industry accounts and must be proficient in Busy software.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries for sales, purchase, expenses, and stock. Support in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS, and other compliance work.
• Maintain ledgers, invoices, and proper documentation.
• Assist the head accountant in all routine accounting operations. Coordinate with internal teams for bills, payments, and data updates. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in entries and reporting.

Requirements:

• Male/Female both can apply.
• 2–3 years of experience (preferably from yarn manufacturing / textile industry).
• Strong working knowledge of Busy accounting software (mandatory). Good understanding of GST, returns, reconciliations, and basic accounting principles.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and good coordination skills.
