We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and basic financial reporting. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily accounting records and ensure accurate data entry in accounting software (Tally/ERP or similar).
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, expense, and inventory records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
  • Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports.
  • Calculate and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, credit/debit notes, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for accounting data.
  • Assist in audits and provide required documentation.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Com / M.Com / Accounting or Finance background.
  • 1–2 years of practical accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and general accounting principles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
