Job Purpose To manage the company’s financial records, ensure accuracy in accounting processes, and support financial decision-making through timely reporting, compliance, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts, journal entries, and financial statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes
- Monitor and manage cash flow and petty cash
- Maintain accurate records of assets, liabilities, income, and expenses
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Assist in improving financial procedures and internal controls
- Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) for data entry and reporting
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or ACCA/CA/CPA preferred)
- 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in financial industry/Audit firm is a plus
- Familiarity with local tax laws and financial reporting standards

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
