Job Title: Accountant (with Payroll Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journals, and ledgers.
  • Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in attendance, overtime, deductions, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice preparation and vendor payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.
  • Maintain proper documentation and support smooth audit processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience as an Accountant, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong payroll experience (WPS processing, salary calculations, EOSB, leave encashment).
  • Solid knowledge of UAE labor law and payroll regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
  • Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary: Negotiable and will be based on relevant experience within the UAE.
