1.Financial Planning & Strategy
-Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasting models.
-Provide financial insights to unit head for decision making.
-Advise unit head on long-term financial sustainability and growth strategies.
2. Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
-Oversee claims submission, TPA coordination, and collection processes.
-Ensure accurate pricing of maternity packages, NICU billing, pharmacy & consumables.
-Reduce receivable days and minimize revenue leakages.
-Monitor OPD, IPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, and OT revenue streams.
3. Cost Control & Efficiency
-Track consumption of pharmacy, surgical consumables, implants, disposables.
-Implement cost-saving measures without compromising patient care quality.
4. Financial Reporting & MIS
-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS:
-Doctor payout reports
-Occupancy & ALOS analytics
-Present financial performance to unit head with corrective action plans.
5. Statutory Compliance & Audits
-Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other statutory requirements.
-Lead internal and external audits; ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
-Maintain financial SOPs as per NABH guidelines.
6. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
-Manage hospital cash flows, vendor payments, and procurement cycles.
-Ensure optimal inventory levels in pharmacy, OT, NICU, and lab.
7. Payroll & Doctor Payouts
-Oversee salary processing and statutory deductions.
-Oversee consultant payout structures (revenue share, professional fees, retainer models).
-Ensure accurate reconciliation of department and doctor earnings.
8. Insurance & TPA Coordination
-Develop strong relationships with insurance partners and TPAs.
-Monitor authorizations, approvals, and claims settlement cycles.
-Ensure minimum claim rejection and denial rates.
9. Team Leadership
-Lead the finance and accounts team.
-Train staff on billing accuracy, RCM practices, and financial SOPs.
-Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
