Job Title: Accounts and Admin Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

Experience Required: 2-3 years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Accounts and Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing accounts, maintaining books of accounts, and handling general administrative tasks. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour, and a willingness to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
  • Process and manage invoices, receipts, payments, and payroll.
  • Handle daily financial transactions and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Manage office administration tasks, including inventory management and office supplies.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and company policies.
  • Provide general administrative support to management as required.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Presentable and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in accounting (e.g., Tally, SAP) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
