Role Summary:

The HR Admin & Accounts Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office administration, HR operations, and accounting tasks. The role demands a multitasker who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing coordination across departments.

KRA: Task / Activities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist in recruitment coordination and maintain employee records.
  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and employee documentation.
  • Support onboarding, employee engagement, and exit formalities.

Administration:

  • Handle day-to-day office administration, vendor follow-ups, and logistics.
  • Maintain office supplies, petty cash, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Accounts:

  • Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry in Tally.
  • Support GST filing, invoice preparation, and payment tracking.
  • Coordinate with external accountants for monthly reports.

KPI: Performance Metrics :

  • Accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Timely submission of HR and accounting documentation.
  • Smooth daily operations and administrative efficiency.
  • Compliance with accounting and HR processes.

Required Skills

· Proficiency in Tally & MS Excel.

· Strong communication and coordination skills.

· Good organizational and multitasking ability.

· Basic knowledge of GST, payroll, and HR compliance.

· Experience in office administration or accounts support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
