We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant cum HR to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Indian accounting practices, including GST compliance, and possess knowledge in HR management. This role requires a professional who can seamlessly maintaining accurate financial records and managing human resource functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and ledger management.

Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate tax deductions and compliance.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other Indian statutory regulations.

Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings within deadlines.

Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports for management.

HR Responsibilities:

Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll details.

Handle employee onboarding and performance evaluations.

Oversee recruitment processes, including shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviews.

Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Relevant Experience in accounting and HR roles preferred.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, Tally) and MS Office Suite is benificial.

Proficiency in Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, Payroll processing and Strong knowledge of HR practices

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
