Role Summary
Digimedicus is seeking a part-time Accountant cum HR Executive to manage essential accounting, taxation, and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and basic HR operations. This role requires visiting the office twice a week and ensuring timely compliance and record updates.
Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Compliance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally/Zoho Books/any accounting software.
- Prepare monthly GST returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) and ensure timely filing.
- Prepare and file TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q).
- Track vendor invoices, payments, and tax deductions.
- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance inspections.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and payment ledgers.
- Assist in annual financial statements and coordinate with CA.
2. Payroll & Statutory Management
- Prepare monthly salary sheet and process payroll.
- Calculate PF contributions and maintain employee PF records.
- Handle ESIC-related compliances if applicable.
- Ensure proper deduction and remittance of statutory payments (PF, TDS, PT, etc.).
3. HR Support
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR files.
- Assist in drafting appointment letters, relieving letters, and HR documents.
- Update employee onboarding documents (PF Form 11, declarations, KYC).
- Provide support in maintaining employee records and HR compliance.
- Coordinate with HR Manager for employee queries and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in accounting and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and basic HR processes.
- Hands-on experience with Tally/Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver weekly updates.
- Working Schedule
- Part-Time: 2 day per week (4–6 hours depending on workload).
- Must visit office physically for accounting and HR record management.
Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 16 per week
