We are looking for a dependable and organized Female Admin / Coordinator to handle administrative daily tasks which requires strong organizational skills and with experience in accounting procedures and transaction such as sales reporting, invoicing, management reporting.

  • Handle daily administrative duties including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update company records, invoices etc.
  • Good knowledge of accounts handling
  • Enter accounting records, invoices, and petty cash logs.
  • Ensure proper documentation and organization of contracts, receipts, and office records
  • Manage customers data
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Email Writing
  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role (1–3 years preferred).
