Job Title: Accounts Executive cum Front Desk

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage essential financial recording and serve as the first point of contact for our company.

1. Accounting Duties:

  • Manage all daily financial entries (Sales, Purchases, Receipts, Payments) using Tally ERP/Prime is essential.
  • Process and generate accurate invoices and purchase orders.
  • Conduct bank and party ledger reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with basic documentation for GST/tax purposes.
  • Handle petty cash and expense tracking.

2. Front Desk & Admin Duties:

  • Professionally greet and direct all visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls efficiently.
  • Handle all incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing and managing office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Proven proficiency and experience in using Tally ERP/Prime for accounting operations.
  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • [Insert X years] of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a polite, professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
