Job Description:
Rita Automobiles is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accountant & DMS Executive to efficiently manage accounting operations and oversee inventory control for our automobile dealership at Rita Suzuki, Panchmahala, Angul. The ideal candidate will handle financial recordkeeping, manage stock levels, and ensure the effective use of DMS (Dealer Management System) to streamline dealership processes. The role requires strong coordination between finance, inventory, and service departments to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Oversee and monitor inventory levels for spare parts, consumables, and workshop materials using DMS.
• Ensure timely procurement, stock replenishment, and vendor coordination through DMS modules.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile inventory records within the DMS and financial systems.
• Record and track inventory usage, purchases, and sales transactions meticulously.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems integrated with ERP/DMS software.
• Collaborate with service, workshop, and accounts teams for reconciliation and operational needs.
• Generate regular financial and inventory reports for management review using DMS and accounting tools.

Qualifications:

• BCom (Bachelor of Commerce)
• 0–2 years of work experience in accounting, inventory management, and DMS (Dealer Management System) in the automobile or manufacturing sector
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, MS Excel, and stock management systems
• Hands-on experience with ERP or dealership-specific DMS software
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and organizational skills
