Job Responsibilities –
- Maintain and record all financial transactions related to the building project.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
- Handle payments to contractors, vendors, and suppliers with proper documentation.
- Reconcile site expenses, material purchases, and petty cash records.
- Maintain ledgers for project-wise expenses and revenue tracking.
- Coordinate with project managers and site engineers for financial updates.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, withholding, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to project finances.
- Monitor overall cash flow and report to management regularly.
