Job Responsibilities –

  • Maintain and record all financial transactions related to the building project.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
  • Handle payments to contractors, vendors, and suppliers with proper documentation.
  • Reconcile site expenses, material purchases, and petty cash records.
  • Maintain ledgers for project-wise expenses and revenue tracking.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site engineers for financial updates.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation, withholding, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to project finances.
  • Monitor overall cash flow and report to management regularly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
