Job Summary:
ALOK BUILDTECH PVT LTD is seeking a meticulous and experienced Civil Site Accountant to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of construction projects on-site, including cost tracking, and financial reporting. The Civil Site Accountant will work closely with project managers and site supervisors to ensure accurate and timely financial management of construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial transactions related to construction projects, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare, monitor, and update project budgets, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
- Track and report on project costs, including materials, labor, and subcontractor expenses.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records are maintained for each project.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports, including cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance analyses.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements related to construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and procurement teams to ensure accurate financial planning and cost control.
- Assist in the negotiation and management of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Provide financial support and guidance to project teams to help them meet budgetary and financial goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor financial aspects of on-site activities and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with audits and ensure timely submission of financial documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
